Delete ride history

Details about every ride are available in the  → History section of the app.

Tap a ride card to see the route, price, date, time, and

more:
  • Pickup and drop-off addresses
  • Duration
  • Vehicle information
  • Driver information
  • Service class and final price

The Call button is available in the History section. You can contact the driver within 24 hours after the ride and before your next request.

Hide rides in your history

To hide a ride in your history:

  1. Go to the  → History section of the app.
  2. Select the ride you want to hide.
  3. Scroll down to Delete ride and tap Delete.

Hidden ride details will remain available for Support and marketing communications.

Delete ride history

To delete your history in full:

  1. Log in to Yandex ID and open the Account → Manage data section or follow this link.

  2. You'll see the list of services you use. Select Taxi.
  3. Click Ride history and confirm the deletion.

How does it work?

  • As soon as you confirm, your entire ride history will be deleted. It can't be restored.
  • You can delete your history as often as you want once within 24 hours from the last time it was deleted.
  • You can only delete information about rides if they've been paid and are not currently active.
