In the Cargo service class, free wait time means time for loading items into the vehicle at no cost.
Free unloading time is 10 minutes. After that, unloading is charged per minute according to the rates above (increasing the total cost for cargo loading and unloading).
Taxi Service (Service Partner) rates may vary. The maximum price of services is indicated.
The transportation of cargo is carried out by Taxi Services (Service Partners) under a vehicle chartering contract and accompanied by the user (cargo owner) or their representative.
The estimated ride price specified in the service may change depending on the service classes of Taxi Services (Service Partners) and/or the application of the surge pricing and/or reduced density and/or linear density and/or shared ride density multipliers, and also if the destination changes during the ride, the passenger requests additional stops, or in other cases specified in the Terms of Use.
There might be a pickup fee. A pickup fee is added to the transport price and calculated based on:
(1) the distance between the vehicle and the User's location and
(2) the time required for the vehicle to cover this distance.
Depending on the User's location, there might be a cancellation fee if:
(1) The Request is canceled or deemed canceled by the User as described below:
(a) the User cancels the Request through the Service after pickup
(b) the User does not show up for the pickup within 30 minutes after pickup (including free wait time).
In this case, the cancellation fee is calculated as the total of:
(a) the minimum transport price for the corresponding service class and
(b) wait time minutes exceeding free wait time (limited by 30 minutes) multiplied by the per-minute cost of paid wait time according to the service class selected by the User.
In case of paid cancellations of Requests to the airport, the city service class rate is applied, excluding the pickup fee, which is calculated as an out-of-city pickup according to the service class.
(2) The Request is canceled through the Service after 3 (three) minutes after it has been accepted and confirmed by the service partner. The maximum amount payable by the User is calculated individually for each Request, is communicated to the User through the Service interface, and may not exceed the values specified in the Terms of Use.
